  • We do not sell, own, or store any parts displayed on the site.

  • We are not responsible for the condition, compatibility, or performance of parts purchased from suppliers.

  • The contract of sale is strictly between you and the supplier.

  • Prices, delivery, warranties, and guarantees are managed by the respective supplier.

We make every effort to ensure accurate information and reliable supplier listings, but we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items offered by suppliers.

3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes shared via our portal, email, or phone are free of charge.

  • We do not collect payments on behalf of suppliers.

  • Payment and refund terms are governed by the supplier’s individual policy.

  • We recommend you record supplier contact details for direct correspondence and proof of purchase.

4. Supplier Relationship

Suppliers listed on PartsFinder.ae are independent entities.
 While we monitor their performance, we do not control or guarantee:

  • The accuracy of their listings

  • The timeliness of deliveries

  • The quality of customer service

If you experience an issue with a supplier, please notify us. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, take corrective action — including removing the supplier from our platform.

5. Returns, Damages & Warranties

If a purchased part is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must contact the supplier directly within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The supplier may offer replacement or refund options depending on availability.

  • In case of wrong part orders, you may have 7 days to return the part (subject to supplier policies).

  • Refunds will only be issued once the supplier has received and verified the returned item.

  • Packaging or return shipping costs may apply.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the supplier’s warranty and return terms before purchasing.

6. Images and Media Usage

By uploading or sharing images with PartsFinder.ae, you agree that:

  • You have the right to share those images.

  • The images are lawful, non-offensive, and relevant to the part request.

  • We may display these images on our website to improve your experience and facilitate accurate requests.

7. Text & Email Notifications

To enhance your experience, we may send you:

  • SMS alerts regarding quotes, responses, or supplier updates.

  • Emails about new services, offers, or updates related to your requests.

These communications are free, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

  • We only share necessary information with suppliers to fulfill your part requests.

  • We require suppliers to protect your data but cannot be held responsible for any misuse by third parties.

  • We may use anonymized data to improve our platform and user experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

PartsFinder.ae shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages or losses resulting from transactions between you and a supplier.

  • Inaccuracies in supplier listings or pricing.

10. Changes to These Terms

PartsFinder.ae reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
 Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
