2. What PartsFinder.ae Does — and Does Not Do
PartsFinder.ae functions as an online marketplace that bridges the gap between vehicle owners seeking spare parts and authorised dealers across the UAE. It is important that users understand the boundaries of our role:
We operate solely as a connection platform — we do not manufacture, own, warehouse, or ship any auto components.
Pricing on our platform is entirely at the discretion of each individual supplier. We play no part in setting, negotiating, or guaranteeing any quoted price.
Every sale transacted through introductions made on our platform is a direct agreement between the buyer (user) and seller (supplier). PartsFinder.ae is not a party to that sale.
We do not receive, process, or hold any funds on behalf of suppliers or users.
3. Who May Use This Platform
Access to PartsFinder.ae is intended for users who meet the following criteria:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You have the legal capacity under UAE law to enter into binding agreements.
Your intended use of this platform is entirely lawful and in good faith.
Any information you provide — whether for a parts request or account registration — is truthful, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who does not meet these conditions.
4. Submitting Parts Requests and Receiving Quotes
Users may submit spare part requests through our platform at no cost. Please note the following when doing so:
Submitting a request does not create any contractual obligation for you or any supplier.
Any quote you receive represents a supplier's estimated offer at the time of submission and may be subject to change.
PartsFinder.ae makes no promises regarding the availability of any particular part, expected pricing, or delivery timeframe.
Payments for parts must always be handled directly between you and the supplier. We do not facilitate or process any financial transactions.
5. Our Registered Suppliers
All suppliers on PartsFinder.ae are independently operating businesses. While we apply a screening process before allowing any supplier to list on our platform, please be aware of the following:
We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, stock availability, or quoted prices provided by suppliers.
We make no warranties regarding the quality, condition, or authenticity of parts listed on our platform.
Delivery timelines and response times are entirely the responsibility of the individual supplier.
It is your obligation to confirm that any part you intend to purchase is compatible with your specific vehicle.
Should you have a negative experience with a supplier, we encourage you to report this to us at sales@partsfinder.ae. We take such reports seriously and may remove or suspend suppliers found to be in breach of our standards.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Part Warranties
PartsFinder.ae does not manage returns, refunds, or warranty claims. These are matters to be resolved directly between the user and the supplier:
If you receive a part that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must raise this with the supplier within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Before committing to a purchase, you are strongly advised to review the supplier's own return and warranty conditions.
We accept no responsibility for financial losses or disputes arising from transactions completed through our platform.
7. Ownership of Website Content
All materials published on PartsFinder.ae — including but not limited to written content, graphics, branding elements, data structures, and interface design — are the sole property of PartsFinder.ae and are safeguarded under applicable UAE intellectual property legislation and relevant international frameworks.
Without our prior written consent, you are prohibited from:
